Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our International Recruitment team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in recruitment and understand how hiring processes work for international/global requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through recruitment portals and professional platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Understand international recruitment processes and global hiring requirements.
• Assist with candidate documentation and recruitment-related activities.
• Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records.
• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities.
