Job Summary

Plan and execute engaging events, programs, and initiatives that promote employee well-being, recognition, and team bonding.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, sports events, and other interactive programs.
• Contribute to building and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Provide administrative support by handling employee queries, managing communications, and assisting with routine HR tasks.
• Support the design and implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Anybody who is passionate about HR
• Previous hands on experience in HR domain (internships, training) will be added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, MS Word, emailing.
