THE MISSION
We arent automating scripts - were deprecating the era of manual-heavy testing entirely. TestMu AI is building the worlds first AI-native platform where Agentic Intelligence autonomously plans, authors, and self-heals the entire Quality Engineering lifecycle.
Drive people-related projects and process improvements to accelerate HR initiatives from the ground up.
THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
1. People Project Ownership (50%)
- Own and execute people-related projects with tangible outcomes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align HR initiatives.
- Improve HR processes for greater efficiency, be an excellent coordinator.
- Solve real HR problems impacting business value.
2. Process Improvement (30%)
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR workflow.
- Implement solutions for seamless HR operations.
- Collaborate with teams to refine HR processes.
3. Stakeholder Coordination & Learning (20%)
- Work closely with HRBP for hands-on experience.
- Learn from senior leadership in People & Culture.
- Adapt to different people and situations effectively.

Business Acumen: Understood and articulated the business impact of HR initiatives.
Curiosity and Problem Solving: Questioned existing processes and proposed innovative HR solutions.
YOUR PATH
6-month internship with potential for full-time conversion based on performance. Reports to Chandni Chopra, VP of People & Culture, and works directly with Radhika Goel, HRBP. Opportunity to grow into a full-time role owning HR initiatives.
