Job Summary What You'll Do HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and trackers
• Support onboarding/offboarding formalities and induction scheduling
• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation
• Track attendance, leave, and probation/confirmation timelines
• Support HR audits and compliance documentation

Hiring Recruitment

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
• Draft and post job descriptions
• Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate pipeline

HR Projects

• Support HR infrastructure initiatives (JD standardisation, policy documentation)
• Assist with rollout/testing of HR systems
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Own small projects end-to-end with guidance from the HR team

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential information
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Prior HR/recruitment internship exposure is a plus, not mandatory
