HR Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and preparing job descriptions.
• Provide support to HR team on generalist activities such as employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
• Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in human resources to improve processes within the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide solutions through effective communication.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in human resource management or related field.
• Strong understanding of basic principles of human resource management including recruitment, training, compensation, etc.
• Proficiency in using software applications for HR generalist activities (e.g. applicant tracking systems).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
