HR Intern- Work From Home

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Follow up and work on compensation negotiation with potential candidates

2. Shortlist resumes for Sales & Non Sales profile and maintain database

3. Take care of the organization's resource management

4. Handle profiles assessments of potential candidates and schedule and conduct interviews

5. Source candidates, then screen and shortlist new employees and conduct the interviews

6. Handle Bulk Hiring

Preferred candidate profile

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. Are available for the work from home internship

2. Aan start the work from home job/internship

3. Minimum 6 months with 8.5 hours per day

4. Have relevant skills and interests

5. Able to work from 12pm-9pm
