About the Role

Sparity is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who are interested in building a career in Human Resources. The internship provides practical exposure to HR Operations, Recruitment Support, Employee Onboarding, HR Documentation, HR MIS, and Employee Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee and candidate records, trackers and HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave tracking and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Prepare basic HR MIS reports, trackers and presentations.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates pursuing MBA/PGDM can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good coordination, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work from office.
