• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, HR Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
