We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Intern - Talent Acquisition who is passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in Human Resources, especially in the IT hiring domain.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessment.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations

• Prepare and share interview reports and recruitment MIS.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and offer-related records.
• Assist in onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
• Support HR projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Completed Final Year).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies is preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
