HR Intern - Talent Acquisition (Paid Internship)

About the Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern - Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing job postings and managing applications.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring records.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Experience with job portals or recruitment activities is an added advantage.
