Role & responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Pipelining: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Screening of Candidates
• Scheduling of Interviews
• Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless, positive, and transparent experience for all applicants, maintaining strong communication even with unselected talent.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Pursuing or recently completed - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA (HR), MSW (HR), PGDM (HR), or any Human Resources specialization.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities.
