We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, and administrative activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations in a corporate environment.
Smart, bright, and enthusiastic freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources are also welcome to apply.

- Qualification: Graduate in BBA/BMS with a specialisation in Human Resources
- Experience: 0 - 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in employee joining formalities, onboarding and induction activities.
- Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related information and documentation.
- Support employee confirmation, transfer and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Contribute to preparing HR reports, trackers and MIS as required.
- Support in employee engagement activities, celebrations and HR events.
- Create and coordinate HR posters, notices and internal communication material.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and maintain meeting-related records.
- Support the HR team in organizing documents required for audits and compliance-related activities.
- Willingness to learn practical HR Operations processes and develop hands-on knowledge of Attendance, Payroll Support, HRIS, Employee Engagement and Employee Lifecycle Management.
