About the Role
MarketStar Hyderabad is hiring freshers for its Campus to Corporate programme. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to help run college outreach and hiring drives, and to bring the right candidates into the programme. You will get hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle, from first contact with a college to a candidates first day. Based on your performance, this internship may become a full-time job.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to colleges regularly and maintain accurate records of their contact details, courses and pass-out batches.
• Plan and schedule walk-in and campus drives, and work to ensure strong candidate turnout at each one.
• Coordinate with colleges, placement officers, candidates and hiring managers on dates, venues, reminders and follow-ups.
• Support candidate registration, screening and assessments on drive days.
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed at every stage.
• Maintain drive, registration and joiner trackers in Excel, accurately and on time.
• Help convert selected candidates into joiners for the training programme.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the team.

Who we are looking for

• An enthusiastic and proactive candidate who takes initiative and follows through without waiting to be asked.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with phone and email outreach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle candidate data responsibly.
