HR Intern (6 months)

Job Title: HR Intern

Function: Corporate HRM

Job Summary: The Intern will be part of a 6-month Internship program designed to provide broad exposure within the organization. The role involves supporting HR team in data analysis, coordination activities, documentation, reporting, and operational tasks while learning industry processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain and update employee records
• Assist the HR team in day-to-day HR activities
• Prepare HR reports and MIS

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field
• Prior internship/work experience in Recruitment will be preferred
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR processes
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR
