Key Responsibilities

• Manage Industrial Relations and employee relations at the plant.
• Handle union/worker negotiations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.
• Coordinate with labour authorities and government departments.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare and HR initiatives.
• Maintain HR/IR records, MIS and compliance documentation.
• Support manpower planning and plant HR operations.
