Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HRD (Human Resource Development) operations to ensure efficient delivery of services to employees.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including managers, team members, and external vendors to resolve employee-related issues.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance management systems.
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees through regular training sessions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in an HR role within the Chemical / Agro Chemical / Related industry.
• Strong understanding of HRMS/HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
