About this role
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function for a large corporate organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader capable of driving people strategy, HR operations, and compliance while partnering closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR strategy and the overall HR function.
• Manage Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, and Workforce Management.
• Drive HR policies, Performance Management System (PMS), appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance across all HR operations.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Design and implement training, retention, and talent development programs.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.
• Lead, mentor, and build capability within the HR team.
• Partner with senior management on organizational design and people strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Prior experience with a large corporate organization is required/preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in team handling and end-to-end HR operations.
• Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
