Role & responsibilities
Handle overall HR operations for restaurant chain
- Manage statutory compliance - PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus & Labour Laws
- Handle employee complaints and disciplinary actions
- Manage labor inspections, audits, and liaison with government authorities
- Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance filings
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Maintain HR policies and ensure implementation across all units
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: MBA in HR
- Experience: 15+ Years
- Salary: Up to 18 LPA CTC
Kannada language is mandatory
