HR Head For FMCG / Food Manufacturing & Retail Brand (Surat)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
  
• Oversee attendance management, leave management, payroll processing, salary processing, and time office operations.
  
• Handle grievances from employees and coordinate HR generalist activities to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Perform appraisal management, performance appraisal, recruitment, and HR coordination tasks as needed.
  
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in an HR role within the FMCG/Food manufacturing industry or retail brand sector.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of statutory laws related to employment and industrial relations.
