HR Generalist

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an HR Generalist or similar human resources role.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and project tracking tools.
• Proven experience working in a remote or distributed work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and professional development planning.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new remote talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems (HRIS) data.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive remote work culture.
• Assist in the implementation of HR programs, including compensation benchmarking and organizational development projects.
• Act as a partner to department heads to address employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
