HR Generalist

Experience: 5+ years in HR Generalist / HR Operations.

• Should have experience in end-to-end HR activities. 
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters. 
• Handle HR policies and statutory compliance. 
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities. 
• Manage exit formalities and full & final coordination.
• Good communication and people-management skills. 
• Experience in a manufacturing/stitching unit will be preferred.
