About The Role

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong end-to-end People Operations experience who is passionate about enhancing both employee experience and operational excellence.

You'll own the complete employee lifecycle, from hire to retire, while helping scale People Operations through process improvements, automation, AI, and operational rigor. Working closely with leadership, you'll build efficient systems, improve employee experience, and create scalable HR processes that support a fast-growing global company.

What You Will Do

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership and managers — advising on org design, performance, employee relations, and people strategy
• Own end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle — hire to retire — including personnel administration, documentation, and payroll inputs
• Drive core HR generalist responsibilities: policy implementation, employee engagement, compliance, and process governance
• Identify inefficiencies and improve HR processes, balancing hands-on delivery with continuous optimization
• Act as an escalation point and go-to person for operational and employee-related topics
• Curate initiatives that build engagement, wellness, belonging, and recognition — making Testsigma a place people are genuinely excited to be part of
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across functions — leadership, recruiters, IT, and cross-team stakeholders — to deliver a connected employee experience
• Support talent acquisition efforts as needed — sourcing, screening, or coordinating hiring for priority roles (good to have, not the primary focus)
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with core strength in HR Operations and Business Partnering
• Proven experience working in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments — comfortable with ambiguity and speed
• Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build trust and influence at leadership level
• Solid experience working with HRIS platforms
• An analytical, process-first thinker with attention to detail
• A genuine passion for people and culture, with strong emotional intelligence and a team-first attitude
• Strong ownership and accountability, with a track record of seeing initiatives through to completion
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience building HR automation workflows using Keka or similar HRMS platforms.
• Experience preparing executive HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, engagement, payroll costs, and workforce planning.
• Exposure to AI-assisted HR operations, workflow automation, or process optimization initiatives.
• Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership in a high-growth startup environment.
