HR Generalist

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can seamlessly balance recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and operations while supporting a fast-growing, technology-driven organization.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports
• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution
• Assist in policy development and implementation

Key requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software
• Preferably proficient in Kannada communication
