About this role

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Understand hiring requirements and prepare/update job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical/management interviews with hiring managers.

Manage interview schedules and candidate communication.

Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience.

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
