HR Generalist, Payroll, Compliance & Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Payroll Executive details as mentioned below,

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, overtime, advances and net salary.
• Calculate PF, EPS and ESIC contributions as per applicable rules.
• Prepare and validate PF ECR files and generate PF and ESIC challans.
• Maintain employee master data, attendance records and salary details.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and payroll statements.
• Perform payroll data reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain statutory records and payroll documentation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and salary management.
• Good knowledge of PF, EPS, ESIC, ECR file preparation and challan generation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF and COUNTIFS.
• Experience in payroll data management.

Eligibility

• 2 years of experience in payroll, HR operations or statutory compliance.
• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, HR or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with practical knowledge of payroll software and statutory compliance will be preferred.
