HR Generalist Night Shift

Only candidates currently based in Pune should apply.

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently located near Viman Nagar or are willing to relocate closer to Viman Nagar.

Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday.

• Grievance Handling & Resolution.
• Attendance & Leave Management.
• Payroll Management & Coordination.
• HR Policies & Implementation.
• Statutory & HR Compliance.
• Employee Documentation & HR Records.
• Exit Formalities & Full & Final Coordination.
• Day-to-day HR Operations.

Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong employee-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a night-shift environment.
• Candidates must have their own mode of transportation to commute to the office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
