HR Generalist - Mumbai (BKC)

Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage and support end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, HR policies, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
• Handle recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, employee benefits, reimbursements, and statutory compliance activities.
• Address employee queries and grievances and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, HR communication, and internal HR activities.
• Support performance management, appraisal cycles, training, and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
• Assist in HR audits, policy implementation, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 26 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
