Key Responsibilities

• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and candidate repositories.
• Support recruitment-related activities, including sourcing, coordination, interview scheduling, and recruitment data.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate employee documentation and HR-related administrative processes.
• Support HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on onboarding, assets, access, and other employee requirements.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduate or candidate with 2-3 months of HR internship experience.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Bengaluru-based and comfortable travelling to the HSR office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Skills

• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Ownership-oriented and willing to learn.
