HR Generalist Intern

Job responsibility:

1. Fulfil the hiring needs of the Organization and be a part of on-boarding, joining, documentation and induction process.
2. Devised training plan based on needs identified. Prepare a training Plan and execute the Process. Also Capturing training feedback and drive evaluation.
3. Responding to employee queries on HR services within 24 hours.
4. Implementation of Reward and Recognition policy to recognize good performance and build a healthy competitive environment.
5. Ensuring time bound roll out of Talent Management initiatives.
6. Be a part of Employee Performance Management System.
7. Ensure to organize employee engagement activities and contribute in maintaining healthy work environment and also develop strategies for rewards & recognition policy, employee engagement surveys.
8. Understanding Human Resource dynamics and develop strategies for productive environment by using theories of OB.
9. Preparation of Data, drive analysis and developing strategies based on those data.
10. Develop a framework for Attrition forecasting and managing attrition

Preferred candidate profile

Skills:

1.Excellent communication skill.

2.Good understanding of PowerPoint and presentation skills.

3.Good in Ms Excel.

Education:

1.Graduation/equivalent degree + MBA/PGDM (Human Resource)
