HR Generalist For IT company

HR Generalist:
Experience: 2 to 7 years | Full-time | Work from office

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles. Sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with technical panels
• Handle onboarding and induction: offer rollout, documentation, background verification, joining formalities and buddy allocation
• Process monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team; track statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, labour law filings)
• Drive employee engagement festival celebrations, birthdays, team activities, rewards and recognition
• Support the performance appraisal cycle: KRA collection, review coordination, feedback documentation and increment letters
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances and HR policy clarifications

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2 to 7 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in an IT/software services company.
• Working knowledge of IT skill sets (developers, QA, designers, DevOps) to screen profiles effectively
• Good communication skills in English
