HR Generalist - Construction & Corporate Interiors

Role & responsibilities

We are expanding our Construction & Corporate Interiors business and are looking for an HR Generalist to strengthen our people systems as the organisation scales.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on HR work and also wants exposure to process-building in a growing company. You will not be stepping into a fixed system; you will help build one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, site, project and support roles.
• Set up and maintain HR policies, SOPs and compliance documentation.
• Handle payroll coordination, leave records, attendance and HR data.
• Support performance reviews, appraisals and employee documentation.
• Act as the go-to HR point for employees across the office and project sites.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired candidate profile

• Experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in construction, interiors or project-driven environments.
• Comfortable handling both people and processes.
• Organised, approachable and able to work with diverse teams (site and office).
• Working knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.) and HRMS / MS Excel.
• Someone who prefers ownership over routine execution.
