Job Summary
HomeBazaar is looking for an organized and proactive HR Admin to manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Job role- HR Admin
HR Responsibilities
* Maintain employee attendance and leave records
* Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
* Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
* Maintain employee records and HR databases
* Coordinate joining formalities and induction processes
* Support employee engagement activities
* Assist in payroll inputs and HR reporting
Administrative Responsibilities
* Manage daily office administration activities
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers
* Ensure office maintenance and housekeeping management
* Maintain office stationery and inventory records
* Handle courier and office correspondence
* Support management with administrative documentation
* Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field
* 4-8 years of relevant HR/Admin experience preferred
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
* Professional attitude with good organizational skills
