Job Description


Role Overview: Department / Team: HR & GA
Designation: Expert
Location: Bangalore
CTC: Attractive benchmarked salary package(as per Band) & Bonuses
Core Function:. Talent Acquisition and General Administration

Key Responsibilities*
(could change as per companys need) Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and final settlements.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Oversee day-to-day office administration activities.
Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and facility services.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
Handle office asset management and inventory.
Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
Support office events and employee welfare initiatives.




Candidate Requirements
(Skills) Responsibility & Agility: Adaptable, proactive professional who eagerly embraces new responsibilities.
Experience & Age: 5-7 years of core quality experience sales experience; age up to 35yrs preferred.
Education & Skills: Ideally an Engineering graduate with MBA/or graduate with MBA from reputed Institute.; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills: Strong people management, negotiation, strict time management, collaborative teamwork skills and a self-motivated, disciplined approach & commitment to develop AI capabilities.
Language: Fluent verbal communication in English and Hindi or the respective local language.
Preferred Background: MNC, large Indian corporate, or established industrial distributor experience.
  Disqualifiers: Job changes within 2 years; purely or Person who does not take initiative, authoritarian & who cannot be aware of issues and is not eager to grow
