Job Description

We welcome applications from MBA/PGDM graduates in Human Resources, including freshers with relevant HR internship experience, as well as candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Assist in HR Business Partnering activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on recruitment and HR requirements.
• Support employee queries, HR documentation, and routine HR operations.
• Assist with maintaining employee records and HR-related reports.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across different HR functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
• Freshers with relevant HR internship experience are welcome.
• Candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HRBP activities will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach.
• High learning agility, ownership, and a genuine interest in building a career in HR.

Compensation

25,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
