Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to support the HR team in Talent Acquisition, Hiring, Employee Engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. The candidate will get exposure to the complete employee lifecycle and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

• Support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and internal stakeholders for hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus hiring, and employee references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Support joining formalities and onboarding activities.

2. Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate employee events, celebrations, awareness programs, and engagement initiatives.
• Collect employee feedback and support HR in addressing employee queries.
• Assist in organizing employee communication programs and activities.
• Support recognition and appreciation initiatives.

3. HR Operations Support

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support new-joiner documentation and induction programs.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
• Coordinate with employees and other departments for HR-related requirements.
• Support HR activities related to attendance, leave, employee communication, and other routine HR processes.
