Role & responsibilities

Recruitment: Source resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews.

- Onboarding: Handle onboarding docs and coordination for new hires.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
• Must be located within commutable distance to Zirakpur / willing to relocate.
