Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates for various IT and Non-IT job openings.

The role involves using recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, conducting initial candidate screening, coordinating interviews and maintaining regular follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, strong follow-up skills and the ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations and notice period.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing will be preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and recruitment targets.
• Basic knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and MS Excel.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
