Handle end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, follow up with candidates, maintain recruitment records, and support onboarding and HR operations.

Required Candidate profile

MBA/PGDM HR or relevant graduate. Freshers welcome. Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills. Gain hands-on IT recruitment experience with growth opportunities.
