Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring manager.
• Assist in joining formalities and induction.
• Maintain daily attendance records.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
