Role: HR Shared Services Associate (Associate HRSS - Contract Role)

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting : Manager HRSS Recruitment Back office & Data Management

• Exp In HRSS, HR Backoffice & Data Management
  Managing timely and accurate processing of the Recruitment and Data Management Back office activities
• Managing KPI & KRA of SLA of backoffice transactions..
  Integral part in setting up Location shared Service across PAN India Locations.
• This position will work closely with HRBP, transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with statutory and policy regulations Position will be responsible to have detail level under Cloud HRMS systems and processes within organization and different at BU Level

• On-roll conversion/contract extension provided based on performance after one year
