Job Description -

l Responsible for driving various Talent acquisition initiatives in line to business requirement.

l To discuss and plan the required manpower (CRE)with regional business manager.

l Will coordinate the different SFO hiring drive along with the business team.

l Coordinate with different colleges , employment exchange , skill development companies for maintaining constant Talent pool.

l Participate in different job fairs.

l Coordinate the smooth joining of the new CREs.

l Plan and organize Monthly recruitment drive.

l Sourcing data to be maintained .

l Generate referrals through social and BTL activities for recruitment drive.
