Role & responsibilities

1.Identifying the manpower requirement as per the budget.

2.Strategically use various channels of recruitment such as social media, employee referrals, campus drives for closures.

3.Pre-recruitment visits to Colleges /Govt. Employment Office Visits/Govt. Skill Development centers.

4.Stakeholder management both internal & external.

Preferred candidate profile

1. We are looking for Graduate candidates with 1-2 years of recruitment experience for this role.

2. Good Communication.

3. Good interpersonal skills.

4. Knowledge of recruitment.

5. Good at Planning & Execution.

6. Excellent at stakeholder management.

7. Knowledge of MS office.

8. Should be flexible to travel extensively in rural areas.
