HR Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage the employee lifecycle and enhance the overall employee experience, particularly for remote and distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Drive employee engagement activities, employee connects, and regular check-ins.
• Handle employee grievances, queries, and day-to-day HR support.
• Ensure employee alignment, communication, and engagement across remote teams.
• Track timesheets, attendance, and employee compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Employee Engagement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, empathetic, organized, and comfortable working with remote teams.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification from a reputed B-school preferred.
• Fresh graduates and management trainees with strong people skills and a passion for HR are encouraged to apply.
