HR Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as an HR Executive in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, Immediate start. You will manage end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels, screening and assessing them, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and maintaining trackers and talent pipelines. You are accountable for timely closure of positions across technology, healthcare, operations and other functions while ensuring positive candidate and stakeholder experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and group companies.
2. Source and identify candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
3. Handle high-volume and niche hiring across Technology, Healthcare, Operations, and other functions.
4. Screen candidates, conduct initial discussions, and assess them against role requirements.
5. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
6. Maintain strong stakeholder coordination and ensure timely closure of open positions.
7. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
8. Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
9. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and regular hiring updates.
10. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for recurring requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting.
2. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
3. Experience in handling multiple roles simultaneously across different functions.
4. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
5. Good communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
7. Strong follow-up skills with a get-things-done attitude.
8. Exposure to bulk as well as niche hiring for technical and non-technical positions.
9. Knowledge of recruitment metrics, hiring dashboards, and ATS/HRMS platforms.
10. Proficiency in Boolean search, keyword optimization, and advanced sourcing techniques.
11. Experience with talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and market mapping.
12. Strong understanding of IT hiring, healthcare recruitment, and operations hiring.
