HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, grievances, and time office activities for employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve employee-related issues and improve overall workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files and performance evaluations.
• Provide support in recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-6 years of experience in an HR role within the Engineering & Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HR Operations, Payroll Management, Leave Management, Grievance Management, Attendance Management, Compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
