Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies
• Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, ensuring adiverse and skilled workforce
• Employee Development: Implement training and development programsthat foster employee growth, engagement, and retention
• Establish performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee Compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records, attendance and handle all aspects of HR compliance,including audits and reporting
