Roles and Responsibilities

Carry out various HR function activities like onboarding of new team members, document verifications, Inductions, Employee engagement activities etc. • Be a brand ambassador for the organization. • Use HRMS effectively plan/execute the HR function operations. • Have good understanding of the companies policies and processes. • Resolve employee queries and issues. • Administration of housekeeping and other activities • Plan and carry out employee engagement activities effectively (find innovative ways)

Required kills and Competencies

• Good knowledge of full cycle HR function and various modules • Self-disciplined and organized with a process driven approach for managing and reporting. • Expertise in HRMS/HRIS tools like Keka/Greythr is a must. • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Good understanding of MS Excel formulas and usage • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills
