HR Executive

Requirements:

• B.E. Civil/Quantity Surveying degree
• 3-5 years of QS experience in construction
• Knowledge of estimation, costing, and billing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software

• Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, handle billing and payments, and ensure cost control throughout projects.
• Manage full recruitment cycle - job posting, shortlisting, interviews, offer letters.
• Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration into teams.
• Maintain HR records: attendance, leave tracking, salary inputs, performance data.
• Support payroll coordination and compliance with labor laws and ESI/PF regulations.
• Organize training programs, employee engagement activities, and feedback surveys.
• Draft HR policies, handle grievances, and support employee retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with project sites for manpower needs and documentation.
