About this role
Skills Experience Required:
- Assist with recruitment, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and basic recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related activities.
- Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the team.
