HR Executive

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team in Mulbagal Taluk, Kolar District, Karnataka 563131. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and expertise in HR Generalist Activities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and implement effective human resource strategies and policies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
• Handle recruitment, training, and development programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
• Staff & Blue-collar hiring support: coordinate end-to-end recruitment for staff/blue-collar requirements, support shift/workforce planning, and ensure on-ground HR coordination with site/operations teams.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in HR Generalist Activities.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
• Experience in staff/blue-collar recruitment and coordination is preferred.
